telPHP 3.0

telPHP is a simple, highly customizable, feature-rich, multilingual address book written in PHP.

Minimum Requirements

telPHP only requires a web server running PHP to work. There's no need for any third-party database software (like with most similar applications), since telPHP saves all the data into an XML file. Thus, it will be necessary for the server to permit writes to that file (by default, data.xml).

Highly Customizable

Most of the options can be changed in the first lines of the script; including: language pack, database file, images directory and date format.

The layout is CSS-based. Thus, it's not hard to fine-tune the colors and everything else to make it look like you want.

Some Not-so-common Features

telPHP has some features that are not seen so often in simple address books:

• Birth dates may be submitted with each number. telPHP automatically calculates the age of the person, and how many days are left until his/her next birthday! Also, you can see a list of the upcoming birthdays ordered by date.
• Each number may have a picture submitted with all the rest of the data. Now you can see who you're going to call!
